Next up was the wood-fired pizza ovens where you can get pizzas made to order. They have home made Indian breads, Tikka and kabobs cooked in the only Tandoori oven in the whole state of Mississippi. The station that immediately caught my eye was the Indian food. There is some much to choose from it’s hard to decide where to start. The chef’s at Gold Strike have taken great care in coming up with the new buffet items.
But the design is not the only thing we are excited about. Levi’s are incorporated in the space and add a hip element to the buffet. The newly renovated $8 million dollar buffet design is inspired by the area with a large skylight, southern pine and even Levi’s 501 jeans.
The new Americana Buffet opened last week at Gold Strike Casino to rave reviews.
